As we wrap up 2011 and look forward to 2012, the year of ACP, it’s time we reflect on the past so we can go at light speed into the future.  The latter part of this year has shown some challenges that we as a team have met and solved to ensure going forward our exponential growth is guaranteed!

To start, I wanted to let those of you who don’t know already there has been some management shift over the last several weeks.  Brooklyn is still here but she is currently on medical leave focusing on getting herself well.  She’ll be back and is still involved as much as she can be, can’t keep a dedicated girl down.

Our New York ownership decided to bring me, Jim Crimella, on board to manage the network during Brooklyn’s absence.  Quite simply they brought me in because I succeed incredibly at everything I do.  If you’re wondering if ACP will be as good as it was earlier this year let me settle those questions here and now.  We are NOT going to be as good as we once were, we are going to be MUCH better.  My goals are astronomical and I always reach my goals!

My formula for success is simple: Unrivaled customer service (You need something we respond rapidly and solve the issue) + Integrating Affiliate’s feedback to make the company better + Pay more than anyone while paying on time every time = A whole bunch of millionaire happy affiliates!

There are some major changes taking place internally to prepare for the growth I’m expecting in 2012.

1. New Payment Terms are now in effect for all new affiliates and will go into effect for all affiliates Jan 1, 2012.  Those terms can be found here: http://www.affiliatecashpile.com/payments.php

2. A complete clean out of ACP’s offers.  I hate clutter and we’re going through making sure all offers are operating properly and at the slimmest margins imaginable to make sure you’re getting paid more than anywhere else.

We look forward to making you a whole bunch of Piles Of Cash with ACP in 2012.  If you’re willing to push quality traffic at volume I’m willing to make you a millionaire paying more than any other network on the planet.

Our first blog!

Hello everyone!

This is my first post on my new blog. My name is Brooklyn Davis, CEO of Affiliate Cash Pile, Inc.   Many of you wonder who Amy and Brooklyn are outside of the computer. Both Amy and I have prepared a brief bio to satisfy your curiosity. In addition, we both have shared one person who we admire the most. In turn, we would like to hear who your role models are and why.

I am elated to join this re-born company and wish all my associates well! I was born in New York City (a while back is all I will admit to) and still live in this great city. The one thing this city and I have in common is that we never sleep! I strive to obtain success and work is primary amongst all other things. In the past, I have worked with other networks and Affiliate Cash Pile, Inc. was one of those things that fell into my lap. I saw this as an opportunity of a lifetime to make the biggest and best affiliate network on the internet!  Outside of affiliate marketing, I enjoy traveling, working, working, working, and more working.

Travels

So far I have been to 5 of the7 continents and 29 states.  I soon plan to expand to the other two continents and the other 32 states.  With winter approaching, I will be planning to pack some fall jackets!  Maybe I will see one of you when I am out on the road!  Look for my Big Apple license plate that reads “Money”!!

Clothes and Stuff!!

Yes, I am into clothes, what woman in NEW YORK doesn’t? Accessories? Jewelry? Of course. Show me a Gucci or a Louis Vuitton I do not have and I will make you an offer. Prada, Fendi, anything gold or silver diamonds and any previous stone will make me smile. The only problem is my closet so full that I cannot get an extra sock in it. The shoe racks are up and down the walls.  I love every minute of it!!

Charities

I also love giving back to those in need. I support all Charities. Right now, I am working on my plan for the holidays and what I can do to give to those in need. Do you have any ideas? I am also supporting the fight against breast cancer. If you see me in pink shoes, pink shirt, black shorts and Breast Cancer Ribbon running in Central Park that is me and my Breast Cancer running wear. I would love for someday to have made a difference in society and hope to accomplish that goal very soon!

Aspirations!!

I aspire to be the best in the internet advertising industry. Not only making money for my company but for my affiliates as well.  I hope someday to have a huge party on my future yacht and invite all the people that made this happen. I admire Donald Trump as someone who I admire and would like to emulate.  He has shown great strength through good and bad times, made billions, and have a great a time enjoying life. I admire that he is not afraid to start a new mega project, or to close one that isn’t working out.  This takes determination, focus and outright guts to accomplish.  He is a fellow New Yorker, who someday will need to move over and let me sit at the table with him!

Amy Jo

My name is Amy Jo McKenzie, Affiliate Manager with ACP. I was born April 19, 1985 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I moved with my family to Sacramento, CA at the age of 3. I have always excelled in school, mostly because of my desire to learn and excel above the normal standards receiving honors in all subjects. Sports have always been a huge part of my life as well, especially softball. I have been playing fast-pitch softball since the age of 5, and with my hard work, determination, competitive edge, and faith I earned a full ride scholarship to play softball at CSU, Sacramento for four years; defying the odds of having 3 knees surgeries and lack of hope by the doctors to play college softball. I graduated CSU, Sacramento in 2008 with a degree in Interior Architecture. I love to travel, play sports, design, art, go to the beach, hang out with friends and family, exercise, work hard and play hard. My role model has always been my mother, who has the biggest heart, faith, super strength and power, amazing business woman as well as our number one protector and provider for my sisters and I. She has always worked so hard to support her family and has always been so strong, never showing her weaknesses even when times were difficult. I’ve always wanted to grow up and be just like her.

I’m reaching out to my publishers to let them know of some management changes within ACP Affiliates that will benefit your future with this company. ACP has been around for years now, seeing expansive growth to this date. Our publishers have run millions of dollars a week through our network and it’s been one of the most exciting things our team has worked on. Over the past several months, I’ve been focused on growing other projects that have taken up most of my time. Last week, ACP Affiliates secured a deal with a private investment firm located in New York that purchased majority shares in ACP Affiliates. In place of my day to day involvement, new experienced management will be stepping in to improve the network entirely. The overall functionality of the network will remain the same: anonymous payments, new offers, private methods and the highest payouts in the industry. I wrote a personal note to my publishers below explaining me resignation from direct involvement with ACP:

Loyal Publishers,

I began affiliate marketing in 2006 and made immense amounts of money, saving all my capital AffiliateCashPile was launched in 2009. ACP has been one of the most exciting ventures I’ve ever been involved with, overseeing millions of dollars worth of revenue run through my network and watching my publishers hit their dreams kept me going. As time progressed, ACP grew into a larger company than I ever expected – working with thousands of active publishers. As it nears 2012, I felt it was time for me to move onto other ventures that have been taking up more of my time as of late. Earlier last week, I completed the final processes of selling majority shares in ACP to a private investment firm located in New York. I regret to inform my publishers, the people that I worked with for countless hours, that I will be resigning as President and will now act as an advisor to the company, overseeing the growth solely on an administrative front.

On September 15th, the full transfer of me being involved with the day to day processes will be complete. Below, the new owners and team of the company will introduce themselves – and I assure you, you’re in great hands with these new partners. Over the past several months new independent ventures of my own have taken nearly all my time, and I’ve neglected to give ACP the time it deserves. The new team involved will personally reach out to you with their new contact details, and in the meantime I will be overseeing that the transfer runs as smoothly as possible. Due to my lack of recent involvement with ACP, the change in payment terms we recently introduced was poorly communicated to affiliates and to start a fresh slate we will be paying out everyone.

The new company involved will give our loyal publishers more dedicated account management, stronger offers, and higher payouts than before. ACP will continue to grow with me advising it with some of the strongest leaders I’ve come in contact with. It’s been a great opportunity working with every last one of you, and I wanted to thank everyone for choosing ACP as an affiliate network. We will still be operating under our core brand, and I’m confident that you’ll have an overall better experience with the team involved giving this company the time it truly deserves. I appreciate everyone’s business and all the kind words you’ve said about our company – let’s keep this great community growing!

There were recent changes to the payment structure that were poorly communicated to publishers, so we are clearing the slate and releasing all publisher payments this coming Friday. With the new management comes lower thresholds that will be explained in next weeks email. We understand the importance of publishers getting their money fast and as part of building up the brand will be more benefits for our affiliates. I want to take a moment to introduce myself: I am Brooklyn Davis and I am your new Network Manager and Chief Operating Officer for Affiliate Cash Pile!  I have joined Affiliate Cash Pile to make not only our company, but our affiliates and Advertisers the most successful in the Internet industry. My mission is to revitalize and reinvigorate our dynamic affiliate network. I bring not only a solid, stable, large investment group stationed out of New York City, but also years of successful affiliate network management and a ton of experience in making affiliates successful!.  My goals and objectives are clear and focused-to make ACP the best outlet on the Internet for making money!  Over the next few months you will see our staffs strengthened, our campaigns increased and our overall service become the best there is.  I am open for communication with all of our associates, at any time; my mission is to create for you the greatest opportunity there is in this industry.  While we reorganize over the next few weeks and months, please continue to work with your current Account managers, and watch for our frequent updates on what we are doing to make your lives easier!  It is a privilege to be part of this new and exciting.
