Payment Thresholds and Terms

ALL Affiliates

Minimum payment threshold is $50. If you have less than $50 owed you will not be paid until you do.

You must have your tax documentation on file with accounting or payment will NOT be sent out.

U.S. Affiliates

Payment Options with minimum Thresholds:

  • Paper Checks - Minimum Threshold = $50
    When sending over your appropriate tax document please provide all relevant information to cut you a check. Meaning payee name, address, and bank name for reference.
  • Direct Deposit / ACH - Minimum Threshold = $50
    Please be sure to include this completed form for ACH paymentss. (Contact jim@affiliatecashpile.com for the form.)
    Fee for Direct Deposit / ACH = $6
  • Bank Wire - Minimum Threshold = $1000
    Please be sure to include this completed form for Wire payments. (Contact jim@affiliatecashpile.com for the form.)
    Fee for Domestic Wires = $25, plus your bank may also charge you an additional fee determined by your bank.
  • PayPal - PayPal will only be made on an individual case by case basis, and ONLY given to trusted affiliates with a proven track record and higher minimum thresholds to also be determined on a case by case basis.

International Affiliates

Payment Options with minimum Thresholds:

  • PayPal - PayPal will only be made on an individual case by case basis, and ONLY given to trusted affiliates with a proven track record and higher minimum thresholds to also be determined on a case by case basis.

Payment Terms - When do you get paid?

All affiliates get paid monthly NET - 30, unless the weekly payment thresholds are met. For example, if you earn commission in the month of March that meets the minimum payment threshold of $50, your first payment will be sent out on April 30th. New affiliates will get paid net 30 only after traffic has begun. After that they will be on same payment terms as others.

International Affiliates - Additional Info

Please not that if you do not meet the minimum wire threshold we will still pay you on NET - 30 terms either via check or wire. If you wish to have a wire sent, please note that there will be an international wire fee deducted from your payment. INTL Wire fees are averaging around $40, but can change at any time. If a check is issued it could take upwards of 2 weeks to receive and another 2-4 weeks for your bank to process.

Weekly Payouts

We do pay many affiliates weekly. To be paid weekly, an affiliate must have made $1,000 in commissions for two consecutive weeks. They will then go onto our weekly payment net 5 payment schedule. So, if you earn $1,000 a week for two or more weeks, the money earn from Monday the 1st to Sunday the 7th will be paid out on Friday the 12th.

Time frames for payments by method

Checks - go out by mail, so a few days transit, then you physically have to deposit (International Affiliate timelines will be much greater).

Direct Deposit/ACH (U.S. affiliates ONLY) - It can take up to 3 days to go through your bank's clearinghouse. So, if a payment is sent out on Friday you may not see the funds until the following Thursday morning.

Wires - Same day as sent as long as sent out by 3pm EST.

EARLY PAYMENTS

If you're willing to run QUALITY traffic at volume we are willing to create a custom payment schedule with you. See your AM for more details. These will be on a case by case basis ONLY, and ONLY for affiliates with QUALITY traffic at volume with approval from accounting and Network management.
